She was unemployed and had no savings. Her marriage had broken down and she left her husband of 12 years.

She found a new job within 5 weeks and has now entered a new happy relationship.


Burnt out and on anti-depressants. She had no savings, was self-employed and felt unworthy of upping her rates. She also felt unable to voice her opinions without causing an argument.

She’s now off her antidepressants and has dropped 30lbs in weight over 18 months. She exercises regularly, has increased her rates and has learned to communicate more effectively at home and with clients.


Overweight, anxious and stuck in the habit of trying to please others. Money was being spent on cosmetics but not on her mental and physical health.

She has way more energy now. Her skin and her mind is clear, and she has lost 42lbs in the last 18 months!


Stopped cycling despite it being his passion. He feared raising prices at work and often held back on voicing opinions even when right.

Goes cycling and dog walking regularly, often sparking fresh ideas. He’s now earning more for less work, banished imposter syndrome, and improved his relationships with his wife and friends – who used to walk all over him.


He worked ridiculous hours, trying to provide enough money for his family, yet he was having constant battles at home with his kids – and at work with his team. He also wasn’t closing as many sales as he wanted.

He has a new approach in communicating with his team and his kids, which brought down the tension at work and in the house. He’s closing more sales than ever before and business has never been better

Extremely stressed and anxious. Overwhelmed at work and binging on food and TV. She quit her job with no income and fell out with friends who she felt judged by. She didn’t know how to stand her ground without getting upset.

Developed healthy routines in food, exercise, and mindset. Eats more, feels energized, and fits comfortably in her clothes. Has returned to work and has strengthened relationships with husband and parents through open-mindedness and kinder self-talk.

Began daily workouts and adopted healthy food habits, leading to weight loss and boosted confidence. Transitioned from a scarcity to growth mindset, and launched a side business in vintage fashion. Learned to speak up and motivate others, while deepening familial bonds through gratitude.


Hectic and intense work schedule which felt unfair to her. Exhausted from juggling and burnt out. Wanted more financial freedom, work less hours and charge what she felt she was worth Relationships were purely transactional. Always thinking, “what can this person do for me?”

Took financial control, diversified to 5 income streams, and launched 2 projects, resulting in unprecedented self-empowerment. Rekindled friendships and is planning to travel – either flying solo or in a group.


Very dark place mentally. Didn’t feel worthy of anything better in life. Was ashamed of her voice because of childhood trauma. Had strained relationships with family and at work. Couldn’t voice her opinion without getting angry.

Feels like a different person. She had the confidence to speak at her daughter’s wedding which she never thought she could have done before. She’s rebuilt bridges with her sister and daughter in law, has better relationships with her boss and co-workers. Having more fun with her husband now and is much kinder in her self talk.

I can not put into words how much Jenny helped me change my life. We first connected as just friends on LinkedIn. I felt an instant connection. When we started working together I was in a very dark place.

Quickly falling down a rabbit hole. My anxiety level was so high. I was miserable I was crying everyday, I hated my job (a job I truly love) and I resented my husband for being able to work from home.

It was a huge step outside my comfort zone to first reach out for help second to put my trust in someone I only new virtually.

It was the best decision I have made. Each week we worked on action steps. Each week I found myself making progress.

I not going to say it was easy or overnight. We worked on some very complicated issues.

This would help me get unstuck from the past. After a couple of months I realized I was in a better place.

Her working with me helped me to let go of past transgressions. I did not excuse the behavior just let go of the pain they caused me.

My life now does not have room for holding on to those feelings. I now try to reframe things to put in a more positive light.

I am still a work in progress but in a much better place. My husband has noticed the positive change.

Jenny has a gift. She asks questions, waits for the answer, and then asks follow-up questions. I’ve heard other coaches ask “who is telling you that?” in speaking about the things we tell ourselves. When I answered with “me,” she went deeper.

And, it clicked. I knew who first told me I couldn’t do something.

In a short 30 minute session, she unlocked this revelation as well as guided me to find solutions to managing my schedule.
